Lip Sync: Lip Sync is a FUN community event at Somerville! It will be held on Friday, January 30th from 7-9PM in the Somerville Gym. Individuals, Pairs and Groups from K-5 will get up and perform in front of a supportive and enthusiastic crowd. It is a great way to build confidence and have fun with friends! One act per person, except for 5th graders who can participate in the 5th Grade Finale as well as their group/individual act. Your music should be 2 minutes or less. Rehearsal dates will be forthcoming. Each group MUST attend one rehearsal. One parent must be present with each group. Registration required! Only one registration per group is required. The registration deadline is Friday, January 23rd.
Just a reminder that groups can only rehearse in the school during the scheduled rehearsal times. The scheduled rehearsal times will be released in January to everyone who is signed up to participate in Lip Sync. There will be multiple slots each week. If they do not work for you or your group requires additional rehearsal that will have to take place off of school grounds.
